Series
Principals looking for professional development around
writing are invited to attend three half day sessions designed to give a
snapshot of the content and curriculum provided by Growing Educators. Topics range from: an overview of writing workshop as a process
approach to teaching writing, an exploration of expository writing and mentor
texts and how they support narrative units of study. Principals are encouraged to bring the
members of their school based leadership team.
Participants will have a firsthand experience of going through the
writing process as writers.
