Growing Educators with the Administrative Cabinet will identify teacher leaders.  These teacher leaders will work closely with a staff member of Growing Educators throughout the year.  Teacher leaders will observe, co-teach and be coaches in classroom lab sites while at the same time learn key strategies to turn-key for their colleagues.  This form of professional development has been designed to keep a “lab” learning structure, however, without the costly resource of having to hire substitute teachers.
